Online Information
The aim of the Practice is to make managing your healthcare easier and more convenient with our Patient Access, Text Messaging and Email services.
You will be able to book GP Telephone Calls and request Prescriptions using Patient Access and you will receive communication via text and email.
By using the Online Service you will save time, stay up-to-date and take an active role in your health management.
Booking GP Telephone Appointments
Routine telephone slots will be available from 18:00 each day, for the next working day. These will be on a first come first served basis. If you are unable to book appointments this way, there will be a limited number of slots available to book at 08:30 each morning.
Due to high demand, this may result in having to try multiple days in a row to book an appointment. We apologise for this in advance but please note, like all areas of the NHS, we operate a zero tolerance attitude to all forms of abuse to our staff.
You can use online to view upcoming appointments and cancel any appointments you no longer need or cannot attend.
Emergency Appointments
If you feel your condition requires an emergency appointment, please ring the surgery as early as possible from 08:30.
Home Visits
If you require a home visit, please ring from 08:30 and speak with reception. A GP may contact you beforehand to discuss the issue.
Please note Home Visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.
